Shipping & Delivery
Freight Allowance: Domestic: Orders Exceeding $2,500 net qualify for full freight allowance if invoice is paid in terms of net 30.  Freight, Handling: 15% will be added to the invoice to cover all freight, handling and insurance costs. If the shipment must go by common carrier, and the order is less than $600 net, there is a freight charge of $90. For accessorial freight charges contact Customer Service.

Shipped to Canadian location. Export: Same as domestic shipments except freight is allowed only to the port of debarkation. Freight, Handling:  15% will be added to the invoice to cover all freight, handling and insurance costs. If the shipment must go by common carrier, and the order is less than $600 net, there is a freight charge of $90. Backorders:  Unless otherwise requested, backorders will automatically be processed and shipped. Terms are the same as the original order.

All payment information is kept off site and will not be shared by anybody. A Decorative Arts representative will call for confirmation on all orders to ensure security.

Once an order is placed a representative will be in contact for shipping information and other additional information reguarding your online order. A sales representative may also follow up to ensure your satisfaction with the order.

Once an order is placed a representative will contact you to obtain further infomration reguarding payment and shipping information.
Viewing Orders
To view your orders please click on the my account link at the top right hand of the page and the most recent orders will be the first item you see on the dashboard on the left hand side you will be able to see and reorder past purchases.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information please click on the my account link at the top right hand of the page on the left hand bar of your dashboard you will be able to change your personal information such as shipping or billing addresses or even your passwords.
